Return Policy
We stand behind everything we make. If something’s not right, we’ll work to make it right.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, with original tags, and returned in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, reach out to us at team@tremontsportingco.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send over a prepaid shipping label along with instructions on how to send your item back to us at:

A Few Exceptions
Because of the custom nature of our work, all custom products are final sale. We also can’t accept returns on gift cards or items marked as final sale.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take pride in our craftsmanship, but if your order arrives damaged or not quite right, let us know as soon as you receive it. We’ll make it right.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? The quickest way is to return the original item and place a new order once your return is approved.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind — it may take a few more days for your bank to post the refund.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t seen a refund, just give us a shout at team@tremontsportingco.com.
